Terrace house. c.1758-59, altered early C.19. Stuccoed brick, slate roof.
3 storeys and dormered mansard. 4 windows wide. Centrally placed coupled
porches (one now a window) with square pillars. Square headed recessed
glazing bar sashes. The front is flanked by quoin pilasters and finished
off with a balustraded parapet. The interior retains a fine cut and
moulded string open well staircase with turned balusters and column newels,
cornices, elements of panelling etc. Premises occupied by the
Westminster Dispensary, instituted 1774.
