House. Probably late C17. Painted render over full height clay walls. Welsh
slate roof with bottom courses of sandstone slates; brick chimney stacks. Low 2
storeys, 4 bays. C20 door in painted stone surround. C19 casement windows with
glazing bars, one pane in each opens, all in painted stone surrounds. Sash
window to right of entrance. Upper floor windows are under the eaves.
Corresponding rear entrance and passage suggests a cross-passage house with the
former byre to right now converted as part of the house. Adjoining shop is not
of interest.
