House. Late C18. Incised render, parapet wall, slate roof, stacks not visible. 3 storeys. 2 windows, glazing bar sashes, triple sash on ground floor. Round arched doorway to right with equal-sized voussoirs. C20 door, fanlight blocked. Included for group value with Nos 6 and 10 Newland Street (q.v.)
