1907, by H T Buckland and E Haywood Farmer for Hubert Adie. Pebbledash with minimum brick dressings; tile roof. In an Arts and Crafts style. Essentially, a tall narrow 3 bay gabled block at right angles to the road through which runs, parallel to the road, a lower gabled cross wing. The gabled block with central doorway up steps and with a segmental hood and a geometrical pattern in brickwork above. The fenestration by casements of various sizes, on the ground and first floors within shallow recessed arched panels. The cross wings longer on the left (where there is a canted bay window) than on the right. The interior altered.
