Early C18 house, altered late C18. Stucco. 3 storeys, 2 windows, 2nd floor double-hung
sashes in surrounds with sills, 1st floor C19 French windows in reveals. Segmental
doorway with door, half glazed. Window bay on ground floor, C19 cast iron balcony
and railing on 1st floor, central dummy window on 2nd floor, Modillion cornice,
hipped old tile roof.
