Early C15 and C16 farmhouse with C17 and later alterations and
additions. Early C15 cross-wing of two bays and C16 main range
of two bays and chimney bay. Intact timber-frame with modern
render. Cross-wing and main range re-roofed C17 and plain
tiled. C17 bargeboards carved with egg and dart moulding to
gable ends. C17 stone stack to gable end of cross-wing.
Rebuilt red brick ridge stack to main range. Two storeys.
Modern casements, except for one C17 four light casement with
ovolo mullions and one C19 horizontal sliding sash to cross-
wing. Interior of cross-wing has large baking oven and ingle-
nook fireplace. C17 garret floor and plank door to closet in
upper bedroom with fielded central panel and ovolo moulding to
side panels. Two inglenook fireplaces to main range.
