Farmhouse and barns now private house. Late C18 with early C19 alterations.
Painted roughcast walls, under graduated greenslate roof with banded stone
chimney stacks. Former barns of red sandstone rubble, under graduated
greenslate roofs. 2 storeys, 4 bays with left single-storey, single-bay
extension and lower right L-shaped barns. Panelled door within Tuscan prostyle
porch. Double sash windows with glazing bars in painted stone surrounds, except
single sash window over entrance. Extension has further doorway under pediment
and sash window, both in painted stone surrounds. Barns have sash window and
doorway nearest house and segmental doorway in return wall. Further left
extensions to house are not of interest.
