Probably early C18, 3 storeys, 1st and 2nd Jettied on timber brackets
and originally slate hung but now sheathed in metal sheet. Ground floor
timber boarded. End and rear walls stone rubble. All colour-washed
3 sash windows with vertical glazing bars and exposed cases, multipane
ground floor sashes. Weather boarded extension on right. Hipped roof
of new tiles. Picturesque.

All the listed buildings in The Cliff form a good group on the north side
of the harbour.
