House with C15 undercroft. House:- C18. Red and blue brick with vertical
blue brick bands between windows. Ground floor rendered. Roof not visible.
3 storeys, 3 bays. Off-centre, panelled and partly glazed door with flat
hood and simple consoles. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and
segmental arches. Brick eaves cornice with parapet. Undercroft:- Brick.
3 irregular bays each with single-chamfered, diagonal ribs, cross-ribs and
wall arches. The ribs spring from brick, T-shaped corbels. 3 of the 4
side chambers exist along with the entrance arch. The building is graded
II* because of the undercroft, one of an important group within the City walls.
