1708. But the settlement at Cold Hill is shown on Senior's Map of Almondbury
Parish 1634. Hammer-dressed stone. Pitched stone slate roof. 2 storeys.
Four 2-light stone mullioned windows and two 3-light stone mullioned windows
on 1st floor. Ground floor has one 4-light, one 3-light, and one 3-plus-3-light
stone mullioned windows, with chamfered mullions. No 7 has flat-arched lintel
with "H 1708" inscribed.

Interior has chamfered beams with moulded stops, ledged doors with iron hatches
and hinges.
2-storey wing to north and lean-to outshut along rear. Barn adjacent on north-west:
hammer-dressed stone, pitched stone slate roof, various planked openings.
