Early C19. Stucco. 2 storeys, 3 sash windows without glazing bars, in
moulded exposed cases. Central modern door, set back. This front elevation
is built forward from earlier building with 3 sashes with glazing bars
to rear elevation facing the Church. Rear elevation group value.

Rear elevations of Nos 12 and 14 facing Church Avenue form a group.
