1900, by T W F Newton and Cheatle. In An Arts and Crafts style. Brick and stone. Three storeys plus basement; three bays, the outer two with broken segmental pediments. Ground floor with central altered entrance up steps and two broad shallow bow window corbelled out over the basement, rising through let and second floors and terminating in almost Chinese ogee caps. Above the entrance a shallow stone bow window with transom end then a stone storey with canted sides, two-light window and elaborate cornice.
