Essentially C18 in appearance now but Thomas Brey lived here from 1690 to 1729.
Timber-framed; rendered brick; tiled roof. Two storeys; 2 gabled bays, that to the
left with the door and narrower and lower than that on the right which is advanced
somewhat. On the left, the panelled door with flat head supported on a cast iron
fluted column; a small casement window above. On the right, 2 sash windows with
segmental head, one above the other, that on the front floor is 4 panes wide, that
on the lst floor only 3. To the left, a long single-storeyed range of outbuildings.
