Pair of warehouses, now in use a boatyard premises. c1840.
Brick with plain tiled roofs. Each is 2-storeyed, and seven bays,
divided by full-height pilasters. The two outer bays have
cast-iron windows to ground floor, and in the inner bay, a
semi-circular arched recess at first floor level (one
infilled). Central bay has blank lower storey, and oculus to
first floor. Flanking bays have wide entrance arches and oculi
over. Overhanging eaves.
