Public House. Late C19. Painted brick and black pantile roof. Corner site.
2 storeys, 2 bays. The corner entrance has attached Ionic columns with wheatear
drops and door with etched glazing. Ionic pilasters with wheatear drops support
a frieze, its cornice on paired brackets. The bar windows have a 3-centred
arched transom with small mullions above. First floor sash windows with flat
rubbed brick arches. A 2 storey, 1 bay shop with a C20 shopfront occupies one
bay to the southeast. Included primarily for the public house facade.
