Formerly known as: No.2 Fenton House PENKHULL STREET.
Bank and offices, originally dwellings. Late C18, but
extensively modified early C20 with the insertion of a new
ground floor. Red brick with plain tiled eaves. 3-storeyed, 7
bays, with moulded architrave to central window. Ground floor
has shop front of c1910. Banded brick and stone with stone
hood over bolection moulded doorcase, and Art Nouveau style
lettering, "National Provincial Bank" with foliage and
sculpted head over. Modillion eaves cornice. INTERIOR contains
Adam-style plaster ceiling on ground floor, probably relocated
from an original position on the first floor.
