C17/C18 cottage with altered facade. Red brick with grey headers, steeply
pitched, old tiled roof with rendered gable end. 2 storeys and basement,
2 windows each, western one on 1st floor blank. Sashes to No 62 and leaded
reproduction casements to No 60. Flights of steps to side doors, No 62
has wooden porch.
Nos 58 to 64 (even) and Nos 72 to 76 (even) form a group with Nos 35 to
39 (odd) opposite and with the listed pavements and walls above the entrance
to Adwell Square including the wall at the rear of Nos 38 to 56 (even)
