Early C19. Red brick with grey panels, channelled stucco ground floor
with band above. Hipped slate roof. 3 storeys 4 windows in all with
blank panels between outer windows and centre two. Sashes with vertical
glazing bars only. Round headed recessed doors with plain fanlights.
Focal position across western end of upper Market Place.

No 50 and 52 with Nos 62 to 66 (even) form a group with Nos 35 to 63 (odd)
on the opposite side including buildings at the rear of No 37, and with
the Town Hall.
