GV II

Community Hall. 1879. Red brick with gault brick dressings and
slate roof. 2-storey, 3-bay facade formed by the west gable to
street. Facade articulated by 4 rusticated gault brick
pilasters rising to dentil cornice of the same material.
Dentilated pediment. Basket-arched central entrance
bricked-in. One fixed window with glazing bars in each of the
outer bays. First floor with 2 central round-headed sashes and
one larger round-headed sash to flanking bays. Date plaque in
pediment: 1879. North return with 6 stepped buttresses.
