GV II

House, formerly 2 cottages divided by brewhouse with bacon
loft above. Left hand side probably C17 in origin, right hand
part c.1729 altered in C19 and C20. Built of rendered stone
rubble with thatched roof and brick chimneystacks. 1 storey
and 1 1/2 storeys. Right hand part of 2 storeys with 2 C19
casements and C20 glazed porch. Left hand part 1 storey with 3
casements and French window. Left hand side has C17 spine beam
with thick chamfer, bread oven and chamfered floor joists.
Right side end bay is C18 and adjoining bay probably C17 with
triangular cut off stops. 3 plank door.
