GV II

Cottage, once 2 cottages. Early C18 2 bay cottage, extended by
1 bay in late C18 or early C19. Left side earlier part of Isle
of Wight stone rubble with red brick dressings, right side
part painted brick in Flemish bond on stone plinth. Thatched
roof with 3 brick chimneystacks one at each end of original
cottage and one in centre of addition. 1 1/2 sotreys; 3
windows. 2 'eyebrow' dormers with C20 casement windows, C20
triple casements to ground floor. Left side C19 plank door in
wooden architrave. Right side modern 4 panelled door, the top
2 panels glazed, and wooden weatherhood on brackets.
