Also known as: New Barns ST LEONARD'S STREET.
House. Early C19. Stuccoed brick with low pitched slate roof
with hips. 2 storeys 5 windows. Sashes with glazing bars, the
ground floor windows reaching to ground level. Projecting
porch with flat roof supported on fluted Doric columns and
pair of C20 glazed doors behind. Left side mid C19 2 storey
splayed bay.
Interior of the period with a good staircase with cut string
and wreathed mahogany handrail, good joinery and decorative
marble chimneypieces.
