Pair of houses, now also shops. Early 18. Stock brick with red
brick dressings and second floor band; roof not visible, No 30
with stack to right the other stacks retained only internally.
3 storeys and attic. 2/2 and 6/6 sashes (C19) in early exposed
and flush sash boxes over C20 ground floor shop fronts.
Casement dormers to attic. No 30 retains dog-leg stair, from
ground to second floor with vase and bead balusters and stick
balusters from second to attic. Closet rear rooms have corner
fireplaces and that to second floor with plain wooden
panelling. No. 28 has dog-leg stair and box cornice to first
floor front room, other rooms not inspected.
