House. Early C19. Brick with plain tile roof. Lobby entrance
plan. 2 storeys; 4-window front on plinth course. 3-panelled
door set left of centre, the upper 2 panels glazed. Doorcase
with pediment. 2 early C19 tripartite sashes with 2/2 glazing
bars to right and one to left of doorway. Gauged skewback
arches. Platband between floors. 4 similar sashes to first
floor, that over the door narrower. Modillion eaves cornice
under gabled roof with ridge stack over the door. C20 rear
extension.
