House, now shop. Mid to late C18. Painted brick with stone
dressings; concrete tile roof with brick stack. 3 storeys;
2-window range. Top modillioned cornice. C20 shop front and
elliptical-headed carriage entry with rusticated arch to
ground floor; 1st floor has windows with rusticated wedge
lintels with fluted keystones over 12-pane sashes with moulded
frames; 2nd floor has 6-pane sashes. Truncated cross-axial
stack. INTERIOR not inspected. Part of a surviving C18 row.
