Farmhouse, unoccupied at time of inspection. C16 with later
alterations and extensions. Rubble slate, mostly rendered;
some ashlar. Welsh slate roof. 3-room through-passage plan
with lower end to right; range of ancillary buildings forms a
wing standing forward of inner room. 2 storeys. Front:
irregular 3-window range, all windows replaced in C20 by
timber and metal 2-light casements. Large external lateral
stack with set-offs. Gabled porch to entrance at right of
stack. INTERIOR: chamfered ceiling beams to both service room
and hall, the latter with decorated stops.
