Public house. Mid C18. Red brick in Flemish bond with machine tile roof, slate roof to left-hand bay. Central 3 bays are 3 storeys. Left hand bay 2 storeys. 1:3 bays, left end bay lower. Cement plinth. Central 6-panel door with overlight in architrave with pilasters, consoles, frieze and cornice. To either side sashes with glazing bars, flat brick arches and stone cills. Left outer bay has modern sash with glazing bars. 1st floor: band, central 3 bays have sashes with glazing bars, flat arches and stone cills. Left outer bay has canted bay window with brick plinth, central sash with glazing bars, side-lights with 8-pane sashes. 2nd floor: band, unequally hung 9-pane sashes with stone cills. End stacks.
