2* Late C18 pair, each 3 storeys, attic and basement, 2 windows. Stock brick with parapet front. Slated mansard with dormers. Projecting Cl9 full height outer canted bays. Sash windows, the inner ones original with glazing bars. 8 steps to 6-panel doors in panelled reveals. Doorcases with attached Egyptian columns, entablatures and open pediments over fanlights. No 39 has additional 2-storey North wing with original Venetian window on lst floor. Later Venetian window on ground floor; and modern projecting surgery entrance.
