House, now shop. 1862 in Lovelace style. Flint rubble with brick and terracotta
dressings; slate roof with ridge cresting. "T"shaped plan with wing at right angles
to rear. 2 storeys on dentilled plinth, black glazed brick and flower band to ground
floor, dentilled eaves. Symmetrical front organized around a central offset chimney
breast. Two single-light first floor casement windows either side, one brick-dressed,
mullioned and transomed fixed casement either side on ground floor under "eyebrow"
heads. Central first floor window higher, in chamfered and dentilled, round arched
surround, lozenge panel above. Part glazed door below in deep recess porch with round
arched, chamfered surround.
