House, now divided. Mid to late C16 with late C18 extension to left.
Timber framed on coursed ironstone plinth, square panel with red brick
infill to right and centre, red brick extensions. Hipped plain tiled
roof. Two storeys, three framed bays to right with one bay extension
to left. Square stack to rear left on extension. Arched bracing to
first floor, three casement windows, that to left larger. Three
casements to ground floor irregularly placed. C19 board door to left in
wooden surround up a flight of 6 steps (Bettswy). Further door in right
hand return front.
Right hand return front: jettied first floor with whitewashed rendered
cladding. Gabled and weatherboard clad extension to right, catslide to
rear left.
Interior: considerable amounts of framing visible including square panel
partition wall. It is possible that this is the remains of a cross-wing
to a now demolished house.
