Small house, mostly early C19, though partially C18. Brick with Welsh slate
roof throughout but an earlier bay of coursed ironstone rubble. Two storeyed,
brick part of three units, one bay to left of doorway later than the rest,
and containing a 2-light horizontal sliding sash window on each floor. Beyond
the doorway a large 3-light and then a smaller 2-light horizontally sliding
sash window. All lower openings have cambered brick heads. Upper windows
also sliding sashes. Right hand bay is ironstone and of earlier date. Single
3-light casement to first floor in front elevation, long outshut to rear with
3-light casement window with flat timber lintel and doorway. Gable and axial
stacks.
