Chest tomb. Late C18. Ham stone. Ledger topped, ovolo moulded cornice, inscribed central panels on North and South
sides with outer bays of chamfered lozenges with squares above and below. East and West ends plain. Inscription panels
largely illegible except for the name of John Winter, died 1767 on South side. At time of survey tomb has pronounced
Northely tilt. The Winter family lived at Court House, Ash Priors (qv).
