Farmhouse. Dated by inscribed stone in the back of a fireplace:-"IE 1637", though core may be earlier; late C19
alterations and additions including re-fenestration. Coursed and squared lias, moulded plinth band, moulded eaves
cornice, slate roof, coped verges, C19 brick stacks. Three unit and cross passage plan, stair turret to rear. Two
storeys and attic, 3 bays, 4-light ovolo moulded stone mullioned windows, continuous weathered strings over window
heads. Door opening between second and third bay from left, moulded stone surround with a depressed 4-centred head,
6-panelled door, top 4 panels glazed. Inner room gable fireplace with a moulded stone surround. (VAG report,
unpublished SRO, November 1981).
