(Pond Farm on O.S. map), Detached house with licensed restaurant. C17, modified. Ham stone coursed rubble, with west
extension in cut and squared stonework; thatched roof with plain gables; brick chimney stacks, Two storeys, 4-bay north
elevation. Horizontal-bar casement windows, the lower under timber lintels, with central iron-framed opening lights;
above windows of 2,3,3, and 4 lights, and below 4-light bays 1 and 3, and a 4- and a 3- light to bay 4: to lower bay 2
a C20 door in original doorway, with open timber and thatched porch, Outshut to rear, with dormer windows at first
floor level, Inside a through passage with timber-framed wattle and daub partitions; large open fireplace in east
gable; chamfered ceiling beams; first floor not seen.
