House. C17 and mid C18. Coursed squared gritstone, graduated stone slate
roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays; quoins; lower 2-storey, 2-bay block to right.
Central C20 door in plain surround, flanked by 3-light flat-faced mullions
to each floor; an inserted 2-light window to first floor, centre. Large
banded stack to right, smaller stack to left. Interior: large cambered
incised arch with keystone to right room fireplace. Lower block has grey
slate roof, a 4-light recessed chamfered mullion window to ground floor with
a small 2-light window above. The main block is probably a rebuild of the
hall and parlour end of a C17 house, the fireplace retained.
