House and shop. Early C19 perhaps incorporating earlier dwelling, altered mid C20. Roughcast over rubble, steeply
pitched slate roofs set gable ends onto road with decorative bargeboards and finials. Plan parallel range with
extensive additions at rear. 2 storeys, 2 bays; 12 pane sash windows first floor and ground floor left, groundfloor
right projecting 3 x 5 pane shop window with half glazed double doors to right and remains of modillion cornice on
right return of shop projection, left of centre arched doorway with panelled door and blocked fanlight.
