GV II
House. Early C19. Squared sandstone with slate roof and brick stacks.
Central-stairhall plan with rear service extension. 2-storey, 3-window
front. Centre 4-panel door beneath divided overlight. 16-pane sashes with
stone sills throughout. Painted wedge lintels to all openings. End stacks.
Railings and 2 garden gates to front, approximately one metre high on low
stone plinth. Spearhead railings and spiral standards with urn finials.
