House, probably late C18. Evenly-coursed herringbone-tooled sandstone; pantiled
roof with stone copings and kneelers, brick stack. 2 storeys, 2 bays, irregular.
Left 6-panel door under gabled wood hood on full-length brackets. At right two C20
3-pane fixed lights, with transom openings, under wood lintel. Similar windows
above. Gable copings rest on block kneelers; right end chimney. Included for group
value.
