Outhouse, sometime a butcher's shop, now a store. C17 or earlier,
altered in C19. Timber frame, exposed on W with red brick infill and a
surviving wattle and daub panel. Brick cased on E, painted brick S front
with late C19 shop front. Old red tile roof. A small 2-storeys building
attached to E end of No. 31 (not of special interest) with gable end to
street and large external chimney central at rear gable. Interior has
jowled posts, clasped purlin roof on collar trusses with principals not
diminished. Wide panels in walling. Floor cut back and supported on iron
post to build shop front. Formerly a wing of Newhall Farm.
