GV II
Barn. Probably early or mid-C18. Sandstone rubble plinth and timber-frame
with brick infill and weatherboards. Corrugated iron roof. Five bays
aligned roughly north/south. West elevation has deep plinth and two rows of
panels beneath wall-plate. Central opposed entries. Interior has trusses
with angle struts from ties to principals. Ties are supported by angle struts
from wall-posts. The frame is constructed of unusually thick scantling produc-
ing narrow rectangular panels.
