House. C17 with mid-C20 alterations and additions. Timber-framed with
painted brick infill on rubble base and with rendered coursed limestone
rubble gable ends and some brick replacement walling. Thatched roof with
brick stack at south end of ridge. Two framed bays aligned north/south.
Single storey and attic with dormers. Framing: three rows of square panels
from sill to wall-plate. West front elevation: windows are all C20 casements.
There is a 2-light and a 4-light window on the ground floor and two eyebrow
dormers with 2-light windows. Attic light at north end. A C20 single-storey
wing adjoins the south gable end and has the present main entrance and a
rectangular light in its west side elevation.
