SO 4967 ORLETON CP CHURCH LANE (south side)

GV II

House. Early C17, extended late C17 and mid-C20. Timber-frame with
rendered infill on painted rubble plinth with tile roof. Three framed bays
aligned east/west with lateral stack on south wall of west bay. North front
of two storeys with gable-lit attic. A 2-light casement to first floor, two
2-light casements to the ground floor. Entrance through a C20 glazed porch
on rear (south) wall. Framing: three square panels high with straight angle
braces, gable-end truss has three struts to collar with V-struts in the apex
and trenched purlins. Interior has exposed chamfered and stopped ceiling
