Former parish rooms of Holy Trinity and St Mary's parishes. Dated 1864, converted late C20. Red brick, with yellow and blue brick and ashlar dressings, rendered right gable and slate roof with 2 coped gable stacks. Venetian Gothic style. Sill bands, string course, moulded brick eaves with brackets. 2 storeys plus basement; 5-window range. Round headed plain sashes with polychrome heads and linked hoodmould, separated by brick pilasters with leaf capitals. Below, 3 slightly taller windows flanked by single moulded 8-panel doors with overlights, approached by stone steps with low balustrades. These openings are treated in the same way as the windows above. Below, a central segment-headed basement opening with polychrome head and hoodmould.
