House. Probably late C18 or early C19. Rendered; slate roof;
right end stack with rendered brick shaft.
Plan: Double depth plan, one room wide.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 1-window front, C20 timber
front door to right with a timber doorcase with panelled
reveals. Ground floor and first floor windows to right of
centre, each a 16-pane hornless sash; similar sash on ground
floor of right return.
Interior: Exposed cross beam in front room. Remainder not
inspected but may retain features of interest.
