Two houses, now office. c1770 with C20 alterations. Brick with plaster; tile roof. Georgian style. 3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Channelled rustication to ground floor, sill band to 1st floor, and narrow top wooden cornice. Entrance to elliptical-headed former carriage way with C20 glazed infill and door. Windows to ground floor have 12-pane tripartite top-hung sashes; 1st and 2nd floor windows have rusticated wedge lintels, over top-hung casements, of 12 panes to 1st floor, of 6 panes to 2nd floor. Rear has 2 gabled wings. Included for group value.
