House and possible former coach-house, now offices. C18. No.1A: painted brick; slate roof; rendered end stack. Single storey and cellar; six-window range: C20, two-light casements, with casement overlights, set in arcading with semicircular gauged brick arches; continuous stone band. Central arch has glazed head with two glazing bars, under moulded stone open pediment hood on keyblock and fluted consoles. Right-hand arch in recessed bay, has fanlight. No.1: painted rendered brick; slate roof; brick stack to front. Two storeys; two-window range: late C19, three/three sashes in beaded cases; storeyband; parapet; prominent roof-dormer. To right, C20 panelled double doors, under C19 moulded wood flat hood on consoles. Canted return to left. Left returned side: three-window range: similar sashes; parapet; prominent slate-hung dormer with four C19, two/two sashes in moulded cases; four similar sashes to ground floor; returned storeyband.
INTERIOR: No.1: late C19 winder staircase with pierced splat balusters, and turned newels to first floor. C19 flight to second floor. Second floor: exposed purlins; architraves to windows and doors; five four-panel doors; ceiling-rose. First floor: early C19, four-panel door; wall cupboard with two-panel doors; two four-panel doors; signs of timber-framing and massive stack. Ground floor: margin-glazed double doors with overlight and coloured glass; C19 strongroom door. Cellar: plank door; brick and slate bins; brick arched alcove. No.1A: late C19 carved oak fireplace and overmantel.
