Pair of cottages. Early to mid C19; altered. Brick, No.52
rendered and No.54 painted; with sandstone dressings and slate
roof. Double-depth plan, each cottage single-fronted. Three
storeys, 1+1 windows; doorways to the outer corners, with
wedge lintels, plus a round-headed through-lobby doorway to
the left of No.54. Windows with raised sills and wedge
lintels, those at No.54 with 4-pane sashes and those at No.52
with altered glazing.
