GV II

Small town house with later shop. Late C18/early C19. Elvan
(classified as greenstone) ashlar with granite dressings
including flat arch over 1st-floor opening; steep grouted
scantle slate roof with central slate-hung roof dormer with
C20 window; brick stack on left. Deep plan including rear
wing. 2 storeys plus attic; 1-window range. Mid C19 12-pane
horned sash nearly central over full-width early C20 transomed
and canted shop front with doorway on its right with glazed
door and round-arched overlight. INTERIOR not inspected.
