House. 1818, and probably earlier. Timber-framed and plaster
also flint with red brick dressings, red brick stack and slate
roof. Plan L shaped. 2 storeys. Front S elevation: 3 window
range of 2 distinct units. To W, faced in flint and brick
walling, symmetrical 2 window compostition with central 4
panelled door, date stone 1818 above. Simple gabled lattice
porch. Windows sliding sashes with segmental arched heads to
ground floor. E end, timber-framed and rendered, single window
unit, simple door with adjacent C20 casement window, sliding
sash above on first floor. Rear N elevation: 2 units as on
front, division central. W end blank flint and cobble wall, E
end projects with 2 storey integral lean-to, ground floor
brick with sliding sash window and simple C20 2-light
casement. First floor plastered timber framing with boarded
door at W end. E end elevation: plastered framing with, to
rear, boarded door and first floor C20 casement over. W end
elevation: blank flint and brick walling.
