with stone dressings and hipped concrete tile roof, with 2
side wall stacks. 2 storeys; 3 window range of 12 pane sashes.
Central stone doorcase with flat hood on scroll brackets,
half-glazed door and overlight. On either side, single 12 pane
sashes.
